What does Udveg, Rog, and Kaal Choghadiya mean?

These are the three inauspicious (Ashubh) Choghadiyas. 'Udveg' means agitation and is ruled by the Sun, bringing obstacles. 'Rog' means disease and is ruled by Mars, bringing conflict and illness. 'Kaal' means time (or death) and is ruled by Saturn, bringing delays and negativity. It is best to avoid starting important work during these periods.
